Tay-K (real name Taymor Travon McIntyre) will face a second murder charge, according to a report from My San Antonio. XXL confirmed the report with Tarrant County Jail on Friday.
The new charge is unrelated to the murder case McIntyre is currently awaiting trial for — the murder of 21-year-old Ethan Walker, who was killed on July 27, 2016 during a home invasion. The new case surrounds the death of Mark Anthony Saldivar, a 23-year-old man who was shot and killed on April 23, 2017 outside of a San Antonio Chick-fil-A following an argument with four individuals inside of a black SUV. Police claim that McIntyre was inside of the vehicle at the time of the shooting, and that surveillance footage of the incident exists.
